November 23: Books I Want to Re-Read
–Though it seems like we are all constantly chasing the next upcoming release, let’s take a trip down memory lane and talk about some books that we’d like to re-visit.
- Carry On by Rainbow Rowell
I absolutely loved this book. I want to re-read it so much but I guess more new books come along and I am drawn to them like a moth to a flame. I do plan on re-reading it soon. Maybe Christmas holidays will give me the perfect opportunity.
2. The Infernal Devices Trilogy by Cassandra Clare
This trilogy is my favourite of all time. I love everything about it. I haven’t re-read it yet because it might take me some time as I’d have to read the three books. However, it’s definitely in my plans to do it soon.
3. The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern
I was mind blown when I finished this one. So very well written and planned out yet it felt so organic. Definitely one of my favourite books.
4. Lola and the Boy-Next-Door by Stephanie Perkins
This feel-good book is my go-to when I’m in a reading slump or feeling down. I guess this would be the perfect time to pick it up as things haven’t been so good lately. Maybe after I’m done with all this university work I will.
5. To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han
Oh Lara Jean. This book is so funny! I don’t really care if people find her annoying, but I absolutely love Lara Jean. I’ll definitely make time to pick up this one, it’s a precious gem.
