A massive thanks to Jerscomicbooks for the nomination on the Blogger Recognition Award, I was not expecting to be nominated as I’m pretty new on this, so thank!! Please go check out Jer’s blog, you’re sure to find a lot of comics and graphic novels reviews, which I personally enjoy.

2. Write a post to show your award.
3. Give a brief story of how your blog started.
4. Give two pieces of advice to new bloggers.
5. Select other bloggers you want to give this award to.
6. Comment on each blog and let them know you have nominated them and provide the link to the post you created.

How Glutton For Books started:

I’d wanted to start a blog for some time but I couldn’t figure out WordPress so a couple years ago I decided to start it on Tumblr. Some months ago I finally decided to try to work on WordPress and here I am. I used to write my reviews on Goodreads only and then on my blog, but WordPress always felt neater and a more professional way. Here I share my passion for books and I hope to share some of my writing too in the near future.

Advice To New Bloggers:

Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to be great from the beginning and don’t be disappointed if things develop slowly. This is about your passion, focus on that, followers and likes should come eventually. Be optimistic that they will and keep writing on your blog no matter if no one else reads it, the blog should be for you. However, don’t be afraid to connect with the community, it might look scary at first but everyone here is doing the same thing. Lastly, I wish you the best of luck!

My Nominations for the Blogger Recognition Award:

Petyr Baeish Books

The Brunette Bookworm

Elaine Reads Books

Have fun! 🙂
